What was the sequence of events that brought you into the company (recruiting layering process)? “I was the hostess at a SCC. Timing is everything, I was leaving the airlines and needed to replace my income. My Consultant Jill Martin shared the marketing plan in the class and later in a interview.”
Why did you join? “Because I needed a job and money.“
Why did you want to be a Director? “I knew what Heather Cartee was making as a director and I wanted a big girl check too! .”
Well I really had no choice but to tell them and they helped me build my business.What is the one thing that was difficult for you or you were afraid of in this business? How
did you overcome it? “I was afraid to tell my friends and family I was selling Mary Kay.
Thankfully they love the products and have been very supportive. My parents have been
behind me 100%.“
What advice would you give a Consultant who wants to become a Sales Director ? ” Get down
on your knees and pray about it. Don’t expect a BOOMING VOICE (God) to tell you to do it.
y father gave me great advice he said, “Go out and do the work and you will be blessed.
” Then work fast, interview everyone within 3 feet of you and hold at least 10 classes
each month. Finally, believe in yourself!
